Feta is a goat’s or sheep’s milk cheese. It is easier to digest for those who are lactose intolerant or sensitive to cow’s milk and does not cause bloating. It also has vitamin B, riboflavin, which helps with energy and metabolism. It has a strong taste but not many calories.
Goat cheese
Goat cheese is lighter in fat and calories per gram and has a mild flavor. It is lower in lactose and A1 casein. Also, it is rich in medium chain fatty acids and helps to fight inflammation. Finally, some such cheeses contain probiotics.
