With this juice we can include black grapes in our daily life, as long as they are in season . I wash them thoroughly and then throw them in the blender (we use a blender and not a juicer because we want their skin and all the fiber ).
With them I put blueberries , which are also a super fruit rich in anthocyanins and with intense antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action.
Squeeze some lime juice and add fresh basil for flavor and extra health since they also contain these nutrients. Basil is beneficial in regulating anxiety , depression and physical fatigue.
Thus, we start our day with health and a good mood, drinking a super beneficial juice for the body and the soul!
I also do a trick with this juice. I keep some in the fridge and if I want a cool drink during the day, I mix it with carbonated water and serve with ice cubes and a few basil leaves. Dream!

- 650 gr. black seedless grapes
- 70 gr. blueberries
- juice of 1 lime
- ½ cup basil leaves
Implementation
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If we want a frozen effect, we can hit it with ice.
