Sugar-free oat apple pie

Materials
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 ¼ cup whole meal flour or ground oats
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 ½ cups dates
- 2 large apples without the skin
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 ½ cups of water
Steps
- Cut the dates into several small pieces and set aside.
- In a large bowl add the solid ingredients ie oats, flour, nuts, cinnamon, cardamom.
- Stir and then add the lemon and water. Mix again until the ingredients are combined.
- Cut the apples into small pieces and add them to the bowl. Add the dates at the end and mix again.
- Line a baking sheet with non-stick paper and spread all the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
