MAKE A DRINK WITH 3 INGREDIENTS FOR A HEALTHIER GUT

A quick and healthy drink with dates

Materials:

  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 4 dates, pitted
  • 1 cup almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • nut butter, nuts , chocolate or cinnamon (optional)

Implementation:

Place the dates and 1/2 cup almond milk in a blender and pulse until the dates are finely chopped. Cut the frozen bananas into pieces and add them to the blender along with the remaining milk and ice cubes. If you don’t like almond milk, you can use any other animal or plant milk of your choice (learn what each type offers) .

Beat the ingredients well until they are homogeneous. If the mixture seems too thick, add more milk. Serve in glasses.
